How strong are your baskets?

Our baskets are genuine market baskets hand-woven in Morocco. They have strong, well-attached leather handles. Each basket is meant to carry what you can fit into it.

There are cheaper baskets on the market that are made in countries such as China, Thailand and India. While many of these baskets are cheaper in price, they can also be of inferior quality and come with handles that are not very strong.


Do they come with a guarantee?

Yes. We proudly offer a guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship with all of our products.

We recommend you immediately inspect your new item(s) to ensure you are completely satisfied that it/they are of acceptable quality.

Please choose carefully as refunds and exchanges are not normally provided if you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Please note: If the exchange of an item is allowed, it will incur a $15 handling fee, as well as the cost of additional postage. Under Australian Consumer Law, the consumer incurs the cost of postage for return or exchange of goods.


How long will my basket last?

Are there any special instructions on how I should care for my basket?

No, not really, however we have some helpful care instructions here to help you look after an item purchased from Farmer Drew including our baskets.


Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Farmer Drew ships Australia-wide for a standard flat-rate shipping cost of $9.95 per order or you can choose the Express Post option $19.95


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas. On checkout, our website currently only processes Australian orders. For International orders please place you order request via email to shop@farmerdrew.com.au

Include the items you wish to purchase and include the country and street address you wish it to go to and we will contact you with a shipping quote before you proceed.

Should you wish to continue with your purchase we will send you an invoice via PayPal.

Full payment must be made prior to shipping.


How will I know if a product is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked ‘Out of Stock’.

On rare occasions, an item may have gone out of stock while you were browsing our on-line shop site and therefore not immediately be marked ‘out of stock’. In this instance we will contact you to see if you would like to wait until it is back in stock, choose another item, or get a refund or credit on your order.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed, we will send you the tracking information.

We use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.

Fastway Couriers does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

If your order is being shipped to a Post Office Box, then your order will arrive via Australia Post.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. All orders are processed on checkout by PayPal.

PayPal offers a safe and secure way to pay for products and services online. There is no need to share your financial information so you know you’re protected. Plus you get up to $20,000 protection for eligible purchases with PayPal’s Buyer Protection.


Can I pay by direct deposit?

Yes. On checkout, our website processes all payments via PayPal.

If you wish to pay via Direct Deposit, please email your order to shop@farmerdrew.com.au and we will advise our bank account details.

Your order will be shipped immediately once payment has been received. Direct Deposits into our account are usually received by the next business day depending on your bank.


How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched immediately where stock is available.

Depending on where it is being shipped to in Australia, you can expect to receive it within 1–3 days and approximately 5-7 days for Western Australia.

International order delivery times can be quoted on request at shop@farmerdrew.com.au
