By purchasing from Noosa Beach Towels you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- All payments to Noosa Beach Towels are processed by Pay Pal or eWay.
- Noosa Beach Towels is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- Orders are dispatched immediately where stock is available. (If an item is out of stock it is usually marked as such).
- Standard shipping takes approx. 1 – 5 days. (Western Australia approx. 7 days).
- If you are located overseas please contact us directly with your order so that we can quote for shipping costs. (Listed shipping costs apply within Australia only.)
- Whilst all due care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
- Please note, Noosa Beach Towels is unable to refund shipping or associated freight costs.
- Please choose carefully as refunds and exchanges are not normally provided if you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
In the event an item needs to be returned to Noosa Beach Towels, by Australian Consumer Law it is the purchasers responsibility to pay shipping costs unless the goods are faulty upon delivery or not as described in which case Noosa Beach Towels will cover the shipping & handling costs.
